About the Author

Ken Blanchard is an American author. He has written over 60 books. The One Minute Manager has sold over 13 million copies. He serves as the Chief Spiritual Officer of The Ken Blanchard Companies, focus on International management training and consulting. He coined the quote, “None of us is as smart as all of us.” He graduated with a Bachelors’ degree in government and philosophy from Cornell University in 1961 and an MA in sociology and counseling at Colgate in 1963. He gained a PhD in education administration and leadership from Cornell in 1967.
