About the author

Dr Paul Harrison is an author, television presenter, and archaeologist. Whilst working as a presenter for historical television, he learned directing and production for the camera, eventually becoming a lead producer for a prestigious financial news channel. It is here that he learned to coach nervous finance experts in presenting skills and techniques to overcome their fears.

As a presenter, he has appeared on the History Channel, The Science Channel, and Sky News, and has written and presented two documentaries for SEGA.

He is the author of Profane Egyptologists (2018, Routledge) and, Presentable (2019, Amazon Media)—which debuted at number 5 in Amazon's TV Arts & Entertainment at launch.

He holds a PhD and MA with distinction from UCL London.
